Even if we work tirelessly, sacrificing sleep,
what we can accomplish is…very little.
On the contrary…no matter how many sleepless nights we work, I don't think we can ultimately achieve anything good.
…Therefore…entrust your worries and anxieties…to God, and sleep peacefully!

…Why did God create humans to be beings that sleep…🤔
…Wouldn't it have been better to create humans who could live without sleep❓️?
…However, God created humans…as beings who “live by entrusting themselves to God.”
…While a person…is completely defenseless while sleeping.
They cannot do anything.
All they can do is drool🤤, snore😴💤, and toss and turn.

Because a person…cannot do anything, they have no choice but to entrust themselves to God and rest.
