"Please pour" apparently means "Please keep pouring.

"Pour it out" apparently means "Keep pouring it out."

...We can add nothing to grace, to God's righteousness;
We simply pray that grace will be poured out.

It says, "Your grace is for those who know God"...

Grace is knowing God personally.

It is experiential.

And God's righteousness is given to those with upright hearts, not two-hearted people (idol worship, faith in Jesus),
but those who look straight at God!
