...Unexpected things happen frequently in our lives 😱
...Various troubles, accidents, fires, theft,
natural disasters, illnesses and injuries, exam failures, lawsuits, fraud cases, unemployment, divorce, aging, bereavement...the list goes on and on 🥵.
...People have all sorts of insurance,
but insurance is there to minimize damage after an event occurs;
it can't protect us 😓
...What is "guarantee" during our lives?
...We are constantly bombarded with information and news that cause fear and anxiety...
Even as Christians,
we sometimes think, "If God exists, why do these things happen?"
...Being a Christian doesn't mean you're protected from all calamities.
...However, there is a crucial difference.
Romans 8:28
"And we know that in all times, all things work for the good of those who love God,
for those who have been called according to his purpose."
...Even if unexpected things happen, wouldn't it be wonderful if everything worked out for the best!
...Let's walk this morning trusting in the Lord.
