The Israelites… experienced the miracle of the Lord using Gideon to defeat 135,000 Midianites with only 300 men… 😥
…But when Gideon, their leader, died… the Israelites turned back to the Baal religion 😱
… Even God's great victory could not change the nature of the Israelites' hearts 😰
… Miraculous victories, material prosperity, scientific advancements, medical progress, status and honor… cannot change the nature of a person's heart.
… When we pray and praise fervently… our hearts burn with passion❗️.
However… what is important in prayer and praise is a living fellowship between our hearts and the Lord Jesus.
… Without this living fellowship, it does not reach the Lord.
Faith is… fellowship with a living God❗️.
God is love.
Through loving fellowship with God… we are transformed❗️. ...Let's seek God's love again this morning!
