For the Israelites of that time,
by day they were guided by a pillar of cloud... and by night they were visibly helped by a pillar of fire!
...When there was no water... Moses struck the rock... and water gushed forth... and when there was no food... manna was given to them every day!
...In modern times, for all who believe in Jesus Christ... God the Holy Spirit is in our hearts and listens to our prayers and supplications.
That great God is in our hearts.
...Some may have forgotten that we have such a great God with us.
...When you call upon the Lord, He will answer your prayers.
