Morning Word from Pastor Peter Sunagawa

If there is a way to escape from suffering…🤔
…I recommend following God's method❗️.
…That is… to offer gratitude.
…You might think, "Huh😵"…
But…stop worrying in the midst of all trauma, pressure, and suffering,
…and offer gratitude to God.
Grateful for being protected until today.
Grateful that your family can live together.
Grateful for having food to eat❗️
…How many things can you be grateful for to God❓️?
Do you have at least 10 things to be grateful for…🤔
…The more things you are grateful for, the more liberated your heart will be.

"If you offer me a sacrifice of gratitude in the midst of your suffering,
I will intervene on your behalf.
I will help you, and you will glorify me."
...To overcome anxiety, fear, and anger,
it all depends on how much "gratitude" you offer to God!
Negatives always turn into positives!

Shalom 😃
