In our everyday lives... we rarely hear stories of people sacrificing their lives for friends...

...A young male missionary from America had moved into the apartment next door.
...This missionary was going around to the houses in the neighborhood, spreading the gospel.
...My senior pastor had heard the missionary tell him many times about the love of Jesus on the cross.
...My senior pastor... completely ignored him, saying he couldn't believe such a story.
...One summer, about a year later...the missionary went to the beach with his fellow missionaries...and saw a mother and child drowning in the sea a little distance from the beach.
He immediately jumped into the sea and saved the girl.

However, the girl's parents, exhausted, sank into the sea... The missionary went to rescue them, but as the parents were sinking, he held them up from below and headed towards the shore...
