... A dog 🐶 is normally no match for a lion, the "king of beasts."
However, a living dog is clearly superior to a dead lion.
... A dead lion 🦁 can no longer hunt prey.
It can no longer roar, and in fact, it can no longer even be called a lion 😰.
... All that remains is a corpse.
Therefore, even a small puppy has more strength and can do more than a dead lion!

The same is true for us humans. The fact that we are alive, that we are allowed to live, is a wonderful blessing from God.

It is only by being alive that we can carry out God's work!

We are kept alive by God. That in itself has value, and it allows us to realize our hopes.
