This morning's scripture message… I believe it's a father’s heartfelt plea for his child.
… What is admonition…? 🤔
Simply put… it’s training of the heart.
… When we hear God’s word and live obediently to God even in the face of difficulties and trials, we gain understanding❗️.
… Also, just because parents are devout Christians… doesn’t mean their children are devout Christians… 😢
Children also need to believe in the Lord Jesus personally.
Therefore… Christian parents pray that their children will believe in and obey God 🛐.
… When we are young… we have momentum… but lack discretion and experience… and stumble in many things, but… we learn from those experiences.

A mother’s and father’s prayers for their children… never cease, no matter how old they get.

Similarly, Jesus… continues His intercessory prayers for us… until God’s children fear and obey Him 🙏.

Let's move forward with gratitude for that!
