It is said that Archippus was appointed as a replacement for Epaphras, the pastor of the Colossian church, when he was absent.

...The Lord confirmed that He had appointed him as pastor and encouraged Archippus to patiently fulfill his duty of expounding God's word without error.
...The pastor focuses on the role of conveying God's word, and the church listens to and obeys God's word.
...When God's word is spoken correctly and heard and obeyed correctly, God's church is built, and each of us is prepared.

There are two types of pastors.
The first type is those who become pastors in response to a calling from the Lord.
The other type is those who willingly become pastors.
These are the two types.

…Many people go to seminary and become pastors…😨
But quite a few quit being pastors within 5 to 10 years…😨
The reasons vary, but those who have received a calling from God… have a sense of mission, and it seems that many of them fulfill their mission as pastors❗️.
I, too… have been able to continue as a pastor until today, and I believe it is because I have been blessed with so many wonderful people in my church❗️.
When I hear the stories of various pastors…😰
I feel sorry for those pastors.
There are many pastors who continue to run their churches while suffering from mental illness and receiving treatment at hospitals…
…In a sense, it is the people of the church who nurture pastors.
…I sincerely hope that you will pray for the pastors of churches all over the country🙏.
